Our new formula uses brown rice protein conjugate, which reduces cysteine but still contains the same amounts of curcumin, quercetin, and Boswellia as our original formula.
Capsules can be opened and used in powder form for drinking or smoothies, if desired.
Capsule size is the same, but bottles now contain 180 capsules instead of 60. Dosage is 3 capsules twice per day, so each bottle is still a 1-month supply.
